Guy was a boyhood friend of Jacopo d’Anjou and Peter Culliford, and was squired to Charles de Guise. Guy was based at the Paris Preceptory. He accompanied de Guise on a mission to Constantinople with a letter for Mahmoulian von Hildesheim. Guy was slain in a Constantinople bath-house by a supernatural creature of unknown type.
